Patex has been named ‘Best Latam Blockchain Ecosystem of the Year 2023’. The title was handed to the blockchain business at the big Future Innovation Summit in Dubai.
Since its launch two years ago, Patex Blockchain Ecosystem has gone on to empower 670 million people across Latin America as it looks to get the most out of blockchain.

The Future Innovation Summit in Dubai features some of the most forward-thinking minds in the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry and took place at the Emaar Business Park.
It’s proving to be an exciting time to invest in the region. Earlier this year, Spanish cryptocurrency exchange Bit2Me raised $15m in a funding round to bolster its position across Spain and Latin America.
The round, led by Investcrop also included Stratminds VC, YGG Fund, Cardano and Telefónica Ventures, the investment arm of Spain’s largest telecommunications company Telefónica.
The capital will be used by Bit2Me to expand the firm through its native country, Spain, consolidating its position as “a new leading exchange” and delivering growth across Latin American countries.
“For over 2 years, we have been working to improve our platform to achieve the highest levels of quality and product portfolio,” said Bit2Me chief executive Leif Ferreira.
